PolishDawg specializes in fabricating and polishing of stainless steel and other metals.

At  Polishdawg we currently have the ability to process round or oval tube/pipe from .05 to 5” and up to 30  feet long flat bar/square tube up to 4”x18” wide.

Our tube polish machinery runs dry, the plate/square polish machinery runs wet, with multiple passes and belt combos we can achieve any finish.

The standard finish would be #4/180 grit, but upon request we will meet your needs just ask.

Possible materials include; stainless steel, mild steel, brass, copper and Aluminum.

Our objective is to provide what you need competitively with quality and in a timely manner.

We can polish virtually any metal, brass, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, steel and other alloys, including small and large parts. We ask that items to be polished are completely disassembled and as free as possible of dirt, grease and oil. We polish only items that have not been plated, anodized, or powder coated. We can, however, polish the materials after any coatings have been stripped.
